Eine schnelle Lösung, bestehende Produktionsmittel wie Schalungen, Maschinen oder auch Transportmittel (Stapler, Betonkübel) digital fit zu machen. Mit „IOT – Internet Of Things“ bringen wir sie in die Lage, aus „dummen“ Maschinen sprechende Produktionsmittel zu erschaffen.
Die jeweilige Schalung teilt dann am Ende des Tages wahlweise Rüstzeit, Produktionszeit, Betonverbrauch oder Aushärtezeit mit. Stahlmaschinen liefern Ihnen Daten über die Produktion unterschiedlicher Durchmesser, Lauf-, Stillstand- und Wartungszeit. Sie werden an anstehende Services erinnert, ein Alarm ertönt bei vibrierenden Motoren und Meldung erfolgt, sobald der Draht leer gefahren ist.
Wir binden bestehende Maschinen, Schalungen und Abläufe direkt an.
Damit sehen Sie Ihre Produktionsdaten und Pläne direkt auf großen Bildschirmen in der Produktion. Ihre Daten finden Sie echtzeitgetreu auf übergeordneten Systeme wie Leitrechner, PPS oder ERP Systemen wieder.
