2001 Foundation of Innovation Network Austria GmbH
2003 100% takeover of Innovation Network Austria GmbH by Franz Filzmoser
2008 Foundation of GMS GmbH with focus on precast concrete industry. In 2012 the business with used equipment will be established under the brand PRECASTPLANTS.COM.
2018 Brand PREQAST is made known. Focus on digitalization in precast concrete plants.
2019 The GMS activities are taken over by the PREQAST Division.
2019 PREQAST is organized as a division of Innovation Network Austria GmbH.

The PREQAST brand is the result of more than 30 years of experience and collaboration with the automation of carousel lines by Franz Filzmoser in the 1980s.
