Offers a quick solution to turn existing production equipment, such as formwork, machines, and even transport equipment (forklifts, concrete buckets), towards digital fitness. With “IOT – Internet of Things,” we enable you to transform “unintelligent” machines into talking production equipment.
Closing the day, the respective formwork optionally reports times for setup, production, and curing, or concrete consumption. The steel machine provides you with data on production for different diameters, including running time, downtime, and maintenance time. It also displays upcoming services, alerts you to vibrating motors, or notifies you as soon as the wire runs empty.
We connect existing machines, formwork, and processes directly.
This allows you to view your production data and plans in real-time on large screens at the production site or forward the data directly to higher-level systems such as master computers, PPS, or ERP systems
